I purchased a bunch of these Matchbox Nissan NV vans for their wheels and figured I’d try making a few in various base colors. First of course was basic white since I see these all the time around town.
The bar code represents the production year beginning 2011 and the year I made the cars of 2022.
I have often remarked how these vans in white remind me of Brian from Family Guy. Yep now you can’t unsee it.
I replaced the larger wheels that came with them with smaller utility wheels of the same style and then painted them silver instead of chrome. They are much more proportionate for its size.
The original car has no interior component so the windows will always be black on these models.
