In 2009 Hot Wheels finally released a DeLorean, my favorite car. I have a real one and was especially active in our Arizona DeLorean Club in 2009. I made a total of 30 of these and everyone at the event loved them! We sent a few out to various DeLorean community leaders as well.
The picture on the back is my car in my old garage in Tucson. Note that I was still using the hang-tag template at this time. That was soon to end as it was unnecessarily complicated.
I ordered a LOT of cars directly from DeLorean Motor Company (Texas) and they arrived 2 days before the event. Thankfully I had already done the cards and they were ready to be mounted. I didn’t customize the cars in any way.. no time!
