Barn Finds was my first attempt at a Hot Wheels series. It was intended to represent how you might find a classic car today if it were stored poorly in a barn or field.
I wish I had done more with the backs, but then again Hot Wheels wasn’t doing too much with the backs either at the time.
For having done these in 2007 they are holding up pretty well!
It didn’t dawn on me at the time to make more than one of any car, or that I would ever design my own cards from scratch.
Rotted and dented, this one’s gonna need a lot of work!
What? The ad didn’t mention it was missing a passenger door.. where am I going to get another one?
Is this too much work to fix? Seems like it might be a money pit!
