Nothing more than a paint test in preparation for another model, I whipped this thing together in 2 days.
Such a beautiful car, such a basic kit.
The entire interior is flat black, the engine was pretty simple, and the paint is one of my best jobs.

The hood fits very poorly. Maybe this could have be fixed, but I didn’t really know how back then.

If you’ve ever been in an 80s-early 90s era Camaro/Firebird, they are so gorgeous on the outside, so very basic on the inside.

When the professional model builder can’t get the wheels to sit right on a model you know you’re in trouble. Skill level 2 indeed.
This model eventually got scrapped. It was a fun build but nothing near the quality of a “keeper.”
